Kalinko is the volleyball club for the larger Scheveningen area. Are you an experienced player or do your want to learn? At Kalinko there is a place for everybody.

The technical committee (TC) will then call/e-mail you and tries to find a suitable team. Sometimes teams are full in which case you will be put on a waiting list. If however there is a suitable team, you can join two training sessions without any obligations. After those you can decide to register as a member (see below).

If you get confirmation from the technical committee that you can enroll, you need to fill in the digital registration form
Match kit
Kalinko club colors are red and black. Starting from the N6-level youth competition and up, every competition player must have a match kit consisting of a red/black Kalinko shirt. These shirts can be ordered from August 2023 via our webshop.
Note: If you obtain a shirt second hand from a former member, please inform the administration of your shirt number.
How long does it take before you are eligible to play?
From sending in the registration form it takes a maximum of two weeks to be registered at both Kalinko and the Dutch Volleyball Association (Nevobo). In case of doubt or questions contact the administration.
Joining in competition without being registered results in a financial penalty for Kalinko. This penalty will be passed on to the respective team. In addition ranking points might be lost.
Membership period
A membership period runs from August 1st to July 31st the next year. Without written notice from the member, the membership is automatically extended for the next period.
Termination of membership
If you want to terminate your membership, you need to do so before July 1st of the current period. CMV members and recreational members can also end their membership mid-season, before January 1st. More details can be found in the “fee regulations”.
Note that termination can only be done by sending an e-mail to the member administration.
A late termination will result in the obligation to pay the full fee for the next period (or half period).
Changes in personal data
Any changes in address, phone numbers, e-mail address etc.. shall be communicated to
“Zaaldienst”, referees and volunteers.
Kalinko is a volleyball club that can not exist without the contributions of many volunteers. It is expected that each member contributes to a club where all can develop and grow, both volleyball-wise and socially, each on their own level. Those who want to engage in volunteer work: please contact the secretary.
